"The Rob Williams Sr. award is a great honor.  However, I accept this award as a symbol that no day is promised.  Big Brother Rob made me laugh more times than I can count.  His passing showed me that even great men will fall when the Lord  calls them home.  With this award I will carry the torch, by doing all that is asked of myself to assist this great organization to continue to prosper.  Lastly, thank you Big Brother Rob for all you have done and entrusting myself along with our brothers to on your legacy. . . ."

"Receiving my two scholarships from the Gamma Omicron Omega Scholarship Foundation meant a lot to me.  It is nice to be recognized for the little things that I do that benefit myself and my community and other young people who Aspire to be something great.  The Scholarships will help me pay for my books that I will need for college.  I would like to thank Iota Phi Theta Fraternity Inc., and GOOSF for recognizing me."

I knew that my fraternity heavily emphasized the scholarship principle, and I hold myself to a high academic standard accordingly… Since receiving this scholarship, I have been able to have the necessary funds and motivation to continue to take classes at Morgan State University as a Computer Science major. I currently have a 3.5 GPA and have accepted a job offer with JPMorgan Chase & Company as a software engineer!
